  1. Agreement between the Federal Government of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Government of the Republic of Macedonia on customs cooperation and mutual assistance. Entered into force on 19th April 1997.
  2. Agreement between the Federal Government of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Government of the Russian Federation on cooperation and mutual assistance between the customs services. Entered into force on 20th August 1997.
  3. Agreement between the Federal Government of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria on customs cooperation and mutual assistance. Entered into force on 11th April 1998.
  4. Agreement between the Federal Government of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Government of Romania on customs cooperation and mutual administrative assistance for the prevention, investigation and repression of customs offences. Entered into force on 8th July 2001.
  5. Agreement between the Federal Government of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Government of the Czech Republic on mutual assistance in customs matters. Entered into force on 24th June 2001.
  6. Agreement between the Federal Government of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Government of the Republic of Hungary on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs matters. Entered into force on 8th February 1999.
  7. Agreement between the Federal Government of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Government of the Slovak Republic on mutual assistance in customs matters. Entered into force on 29th July 2001.
  8. Agreement between the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and Bosnia and Herzegovina on customs cooperation and mutual assistance. Entered into force on 25th August 2004.
  9. Agreement on mutual administrative assistance for the prevention, investigation and repression of customs offences between the Federal Government of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Government of the Republic of Turkey. Entered into force on 1st May 2003.
  10. Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Croatia on mutual assistance in customs matters. Entered into force on 1st October 2006.
  11. Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Slovenia on mutual assistance in customs matters. Entered into force on 1st July 2008.
  12. Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Poland on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs matters. Entered into force on 1st February 2010.
  13. Agreement on mutual administrative assistance between the Federal Government of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Government of the Italian Republic for the prevention, investigation and repression of customs offences. Entered into force on 1st November 2010.
  14. Agreement on mutual administrative assistance for the prevention, revealing and repression of customs offences between the Government of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Government of the Republic of France. Entered into force on 22nd November 1971.
  15. Agreement  between the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Republic of Austria on administrative cooperation and mutual assistance in customs matters for the purpose of combating customs offences. Entered into force on 1st August 1979.
  16. Agreement between the Federal Executive Council of the Assembly of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Government of the Republic of Greece on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs matters. Entered into force on 1st February 1986.
  17. Agreement between the Federal Executive Council of the Assembly of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Government of the People’s Republic of China on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs matters. Entered into force on 1st September 1989.
  18. Agreement between the Federal Executive Council of the Assembly of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Federal Republic of Germany on mutual administrative assistance for the prevention, revealing and repression of customs offences. Entered into force on 1st September 1975.
  19. Agreement between the Federal Executive Council of the Assembly of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Government of the United States of America regarding mutual assistance between their customs administration. Entered into force on 19th November 1990.
  20. Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Montenegro on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs matters. Entered into force on 1st September 2011.
  21. Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs matters.  Entered into force on 1st January 2012.

  23. Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Georgia on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs matters. Entered into force on 1st February 2013.

  25. Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the European Communities and their member states of the one part, and the Republic of Serbia, of the other part. Protocol 6 on Mutual administrative assistance in customs matters.Entered into force on 1st September 2013.
  26. Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Moldova on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs matters. Entered into force on 1st december 2014.
  27. Agreement  between the Government of the Republic of Serbia andthe Council of ministers of the Republic of Albaniaon mutual assistance for the prevention, investigation and repression of customs offences. Entered into force on  1st june 2015.
  28. Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the State of Israel on mutual assistance in customs matters. Signed in Belgrade on 12th October 2018.
